pls help me

hey guys i have a problem with my computer or steam not sure which lol well i needed to reinstall my OS "i have vista" and all the drivers are reinstalled i havnt touched any of the settings etc but every time i play COD MW2 steam loses connection every 5 to 10 mins and my internet is wierd aswell its something to do with my computer because all of the other ones are working fine. idk if its my settings that need to be changed or what. i just want my laptop to be back the way it was before. thanks for all your help

i havnt been on steam in FOREVER... literally.. but in one of the drop down menus there should be an update steam or update steam games or something along those lines... try that... i had that problem and i think thats how i fixed it... your second problem... it IS MW2. that is always a problem haha!
