LAG but GOOD ping?

my ping is always usually 50-80 and i never used to lag. its not terrible, but since i dont usually lag, its annoying. i ran numerous scans, nothing, am currently defragging, and i also did the following console commands:

/snaps 30
/cg_fov 80
/cl_maxpackets 100
/com_maxfps 125

and i put up the lagometer, and top bar is blue (sometimes a lil spec of yellow) and white underneath and green always underneath.

any other ideas? i've reset my modem, did a disk cleanup, moved modem closer and everything -.-

Are there anybody else in your household using the internet? Might be your neighbors, since internet runs throughout the neighborhood, and if like 10 of your neighbors are torrenting at once it might be a problem.

lag isnt always your connection

sometimes its your computer set up
gpu/cpu/ram/mobo
you should buy my computer and not have to worry about your computer being outdated or worry about anything running slow

Are you talking about stutters in game without the Connection Problem thingy?
